Cryptocurrency Payments

For payments made in cryptocurrency, the buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (wallet address, amount, transaction network, etc.). A transaction that has been confirmed and validated on the blockchain cannot be canceled or refunded. In case of failure, loss of funds due to an input error, or market volatility, the seller shall bear no responsibility, and no refund may be requested. The buyer is advised to carefully review all details before confirming their payment.

Since each artwork is unique, signed, printed, and quality-checked through a well-defined process, I must be personally involved. The estimated shipping dates are displayed on the homepage.

Delivery and Liability Clause

The Artist, after confirming the availability of the Artwork and receiving payment notification, is responsible for packaging the Artwork according to the specified conditions and handing it over to a carrier. This handover must be completed within the timeframe indicated on the Artwork’s listing, starting from the confirmation of its availability or the receipt of payment by bank transfer if this payment method was selected by the Buyer.

Artworks are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of ordering, based on the availability date indicated on the homepage in the designated section (Notice about Delivery or button Click here to know the date of the next delivery), after the Artist confirms their handover to the carrier.

The Seller commits to providing the Buyer with the shipping details, including the name of the carrier and the tracking number, provided that the carrier offers an online tracking service.

Artworks are shipped at the Seller’s risk, who remains responsible for ensuring their safe delivery until they are received by the Buyer. The Artworks are insured through the carrier.

Downloadable & NFT are not eligible for refund.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
• The supply of a newspaper, periodical, or magazine, except for subscription contracts to such publications.
• The provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transportation services, car rentals, catering, or leisure activities to be provided on a specific date or period.
• The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal.

By confirming their order, the buyer expressly acknowledges being informed of the absence of a right of withdrawal for the products and services offered by N.B Créations.
